Silicone Mats

Independent laboratory tests have shown that the space between the mat and the tray surface on PST trays is effectively penetrated. A variety of biological and physical challenges concluded that the space under the mat on PST trays was sterilized when exposed to steam at 270° F for five minutes.

• PST trays are manufactured with a unique “pebble-like” interior surface.
• The raised mat assures proper penetration of the sterilizing agent between the mat and the tray surface.
• Adhesion of the mat to the tray surface is prevented.
• The elevation of the mat assures complete sterility of all surfaces.
